Nice, but Expensive

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The Berkshire Mill Apartments are nice, but have not been updated as often as they should be. The place is showing signs of wear and tear and yet the rents keep going up and up. The residents are mostly older adults so the place is pretty quiet most of the time. It is very close to everything; pharmacy, market, Church and the Main Street.
I enjoyed living there while I was in the Berkshires.
