	The office staff C.C. was extremely unhelpful and unpleasant. The apartments are very noisy. The best thing about the rental are the residents (mostly older). Difficult to get packages delivered since the office is closed most of the time.

	The Berkshire Mill Apartments are nice, but have not been updated as often as they should be. The place is showing signs of wear and tear and yet the rents keep going up and up. The residents are mostly older ... more

	SO NOISY! The walls are paper thin. The neighbors next door smoke and it literally came thru the wall cracks. You can set in your living room and listen to what the next door neighbor is watching. Awful place!!!!!
