Beautiful apartments, grounds are well-kept, price is 30% of income, some noise problems with the neighbours, but not too bad if you keep to yourself and mind your own. Maintenance guys are great. Office staff seem more unpleasant each year. The tenant playground is swarming with hornets in the summer and often used as a litterbox by stray cats. Not a very accommodating place for children.

I definitely agree. I have lived here for about nine years now, and it's true, it gets worse as time goes by. Lazyness is taking over the managers' judgements. It seems as if favoratism is taking place as well, more and more. There is more negativity towards the family unit, children and parents, and there is an excesive amount of rules placed on them, as opposed to the elderly's unit, there is more leniency. The rent is usually manageable and the inspections are as frequently as they should be. Though, the dicipline for unwanted behavior should/could be improved. I do feel safe living here. There isn't any real danger living here, but people are always stuck n other people's buisness. The maintenance men do a great job! I'm afraid to say, though, the managers should be more respectful to their residence and should be more aware and involved in certain situations that need handling. Overall, I don't recommend living at the Millhouses for the reasons that I stated above. I don't believe this apartment complex offers what most people expect and need.
