	Beautiful apartments, grounds are well-kept, price is 30% of income, some noise problems with the neighbours, but not too bad if you keep to yourself and mind your own. Maintenance guys are great. Office staff seem more unpleasant each year. ... more

	The apartments are beautiful. The grounds are well-kept. The rules are acceptable. The children are unruly. The teens are terrible. Drinking outside occurs on a regular basis and the "adult language" is uncontrollable. Shouting matches after hours is ... more
