When we rented this apartment the management team was friendly and helpful...until we actually moved in! Problems from day 1! If you want any repairs done (because the apartments are old and starting to break down due to neglect in maintenance) forget about it! They are slow and unresponsive to complaints. Laundry is a nightmare. Only benefit is that it is cheap...but beware...you get what you pay for!
