Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
Everything may seem nice in the beginning, but things def change!! Its fine when you first move in until you need something. Rules apply to some and not others including thigs listed in the lease!! If you are a do-it-yourselfer, this is the place for you. If not, don't expect to get anything fixed for you!!
