Electric Heat is Expensive!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
It cost almost $200/month for heat. Air conditioner leaked. Snow plow days really sucked. The lights in the back were always burnt out. Lots of spiders. The management was rude. Although the maintenence guy was great.
