HORRIBLE

When me and my boyfriend moved in there were FLEAS everywhere and every kind of bug imaginable. Bugs I've never even seen before. We Got eaten alive by fleas and when I called the management about this they didn't believe me and told me to "show them the fleas". We paid a lot to get rid of the bugs ourselves.
Place is breaking down rapidly. Hot water takes forever. Screens on windows broken. When moved in the place was dirty. Cabinets have some kind of sticky substance on the shelves, 2 of the outlets just stopped working. Plowing in the parking lot is a nightmare. Plumbing is AWFUL. The drains are old and rusty and clogged, could tell they didnt even bother looking at them before we moved in. Maintenance guy is a nutjob who is definitely on some kind of drugs. There's asbestos in the maintenance area, so never go over to the maintenance area. shades break easily.
Management is nice before moving in. Once you're moved in, they are mean and rude and don't care. There is no on-site management, so they sent us a letter telling us they expect us to supervise all the other tenants and the parking lot. No place for kids to play, and they aren't allowed in the parking lot.
Heard stories of other people living here that their roof has caved in over the shower and the maintenance didnt care, garbage disposals falling through the sink.
