We moved in to a Regency Condo in spring 2001. The thing that I like the most about living here is that the condos are all individually owned, which off course means that the rent and the interior conditions of the unit varies, but still there is a management company that takes care of maintenance etc. We live in a remodelled, very spacious unit and the rent is very reasonable. Common areas are clean and in good condition. Here is a lovely big pool, free membership. The grounds are tidy and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. In comparison to the area the rent is slightly higher than other complexes but I think it is worth it. Only unfortunate thing is that We wont renew the lease, Western Mass is just not the area for me - although Agawam is one of the better towns in this area. Call us crazy but we?ll be moving back to Eastern Mass, where an condo like this one wont go for under $2000 - well at least we?ll be back in the city!!! If you ever have to come to this area consider The Regency. They offer corporate leases too.
