I lived here for 3 months. When I first drove into the place, I almost wanted to turn around. It looks borderline "projects". I travel for my job and am usually placed in sparkly apt complexes. However this was my only choice because its one of VERY few places that would accept a dog. Anyway the bldgs are fairly old looking brick bldgs. But my apt was nicely furnished and clean (these condos are privately owned so they will vary completely). The walls are quite thin and you can hear just about everything going on in your neighbors apts. There are laundry rooms, but not necessarily in your bldg. However if it is NOT in your bldg, there is a basement that connects to one that does so you don't have to go outside. The laundry facilities were ok, 4 washers, 4 dryers, they use a card that you have to put $ on because it doesnt take coins, so if the office is closed you are out of luck if you dont have money on it. The recharge machine is in the office. The office staff was nice enough.
As time went on I really grew to like the place. It had a playground for kids and a really nice big pool. I met lots of cool people while walking my dog there.
Like I said, it's not the ritziest place you'll live, but its quite comfortable and safe.
