My husband and I have been here 3 months as a corporate rental, and we cannot wait to leave. The walls are ridiculously thin, I can practically carry on a conversation w/the people in the next unit. The ceilings are just as thin, I work the night shift and when I'm trying to sleep during the day it sounds like someone's teaching a tap dance class above me. We've had delivery packages stolen, and tonight, when our carbon monoxide(!) detector started alarming, it took almost 4 hours for them to send somebody to fix it. He then shows up, fusses around with it and says "It's fixed"...as the alarm is STILL going off. His response' "I don't know how to fix this thing". I had mentioned to the manager that if she didn't have anyone who could fix it, should I call the fire dept' I was told they would charge me $500. You can't provide me with someone who knows how to fix the machine, and you're expecting me to pay for someone to repair it' What's the point in having maintence if they can't maintain anything'

I have lived at the Regency for 6 years and I loved it. It was a great starter place for us. Luke, the maintainance guy, is excellent, along with the people in the office. The pool is beautiful. The grounds are well kept and maintained.The people are diverse and friendly. Occasionally you would come across a loser but for the most part people were nice and considerate. You can have a dog at this place and that is why it appealed to me. It is a great investment if you buy at the right time. I am sorry you had a bad experience there. I would reccomend this place to anyone.

I lived there also for a year and want to go back. I loved it. Exactly what grettel1 stated - it was clean, the staff was very nice, and I loved walking my dog all around and meeting other people. They are very family oriented and had alot of activities for different times of the year.
