There is so much I have to say about this place and Robert in particular, that I would need pages and pages to say it all. I'll say this, though: if you've already signed a lease with this place, I hope youre already planning your move out. If you're thinking about signing with Robert, run the other way! He's only after the money and once you move in, he won't maintain the apartment or answer your questions/calls. He's rude, ignorant, racist and a total sexist pig (girls beware). He always has excuses for not fixing things on time (if at all), and anytime he can get money out of you, he will. He particularly likes threatening you with making you pay extra money if you get locked out, your tub clogs, or any other maintenance issues come up. He's a jerk, an -------, and a two-faced hypocrite. His staff is incompetent to say the least: they can't take or relay messages, they don't know the laws, and they don't know anything about any apartments they rent except how much they can make off of them.
Don't buy into his ----! Run the other way when you find out Apartment Depot manages any place you're interested in. No matter how nice the place looks, it's not worth it and you'll find out as soon as things start going wrong with the place. Don't do it!
