I found the manager very busy, but also very helpful. He helped us find an awesome place and even negotiated with the land lord to allow us to have 3 people in the 2 bed we wanted. The apartment is beautiful and right at coolidge corner near the train and ever type of store or restaurant you could think of. I highly reccomend robert. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. All I can say is present youself like a professional or at least well groomed. If you look like a strung out student who partied every weekend, he isn't gonna show you a really nice apartment. I have had trouble with realtys in the past (especially teel realty the devils spawn) this place was great and I highly recommend it.
