DON'T RENT STAT AWAY!!!!

Take my advice, do not rent from Apartment depot, all they're trying to do is take your money. They'll say whatever you want to hear in order to get you to sign the lease. I just found out today, that I have to pay last month rent, even though I clearly remember when signing the lease Apartment depot told me it was first and last month that they required. All of a sudden I get a call, saying it was security deposit I paid not last month. I should have read the lease more carefully but see what happens when you show a little trust, you get burned. I'm not even mentioning the increase in rent, and how dirty the place was when I moved in.
