Don't rent any apartment from this office

Before you sign lease, they always say the good things such as good heating, good maintenance..., but it is very terrible in winter. Rooms are freaking cold. They don't care what is your feeling. One of my friend who live in their buildings, he complained about the cold situation; even taking in serious, he acclaimed the landlord to solve the problems or he has to move out to another one. Landlord ignored my friend and just said that ok, go ahead. You can move if you want. They do that because they kept your rent last month and $300 security deposit. What's the responsibility in the world! I wonder.
So be careful! If you don't believe this, you will deserve all the worst things.
I just want nobody was trapped.
