I am a current resident of Carol Avenue apartments, managed by the same management company, Forest Properties. They have consistently done a terrible job of maintaining the building grounds. They were completely unresponsive to noise complaints and were unphased by the fire alarm going off for 4 HOURS during the middle of the night. The driveway has 2 feet deep potholes that they refuse to fill, and the grassy area in the back of the building was covered in dog poop for 2 weeks.
In addition, they are raising my rent for next year if I resign my lease. To compensate them for the excellent service they have provided' I think definately not.
