The heat goes out, the hot water vanishes, sometimes the gas is turned off... and what do you hear from Forest Properties' "Someone is working on the problem" - no they're not. They don't care about their residents one iota. They're not the ones who can't take a shower before work because there's no hot water or can't cook a hot meal because the gas is out, again. They bottom line is - they suck. They are a big corporation who is after your money and they don't care about utilities being disrupted or building maintanance. I can't wait to move out and I'm warning everyone, please, please take my advice and stay far away from these awful people!
