Just saw a Barrows Place apt. Apt was very nice but the lady who showed it to us looked like she was whacked out on some sort of drug. I think her name was Cher. When the property coodinator for the building shows up whacked out on something to show you your potential apt and then is wearing sweat pants and a shirt that doesn't match, you KNOW you have a problem!! She was telling us all these great deals we could get with the apartment but seemed really pushy "if you want the free month, you have sign within 24 hours." That, in and of itself, is a bad sign! Then she handed us a brochure that was thrown together and had no prices in it. We looked at 3 bedrooms, the brochure did not have any floor plans for the 3 bedrooms at all! We asked about square footage - she didn't know. She said they are all different. Well duh lady!!! Shouldn't you know the SF of the apt you are trying to sell'!'!

Then I read the reviews and decided, no way. I'm not going with them!!!
