I found Barrow's Place on rent.com. I had a few emails back and forth with someone in the rental office and things seemed OK. When I asked to stop by to see the apartment for rent (which i was told was vacant), the woman told me "sorry. I need 24 hours notice to tell the tenant." Umm...why did you tell me it was unoccupied' So she then told me to call back "next week". I did. And called. And called. And called. And emailed. And called again. No response at all.
Then I came here and read all these reviews. I sure don't feel so bad about not getting to see the place now. I don't want to live in a hell hole. Thanks everyone!
