I rented an apartment on Barrows street for two years, having left two years ago. When I left Barrows Place Apartments promised me they would cancel my NStar account. They did not do this, and now refute that they ever said such a thing, and now I am being hounded by a law firm for non-payment. They did not care. Not in the slightest. These people do not care about the tenants they take money from, you are just a dollar sign to them. The manager of the office on cambridge street is particularly bad; she refuses to acknowledge what she said and does not want to help. So goodbye credit score and 800 dollars thanks to their incompetence.
So if you do not mind a landlord who automatically does not care about you and one who will screw you at first chance then please rent here. Otherwise walk down the street and find something else.
