Horrible Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/18/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The first day we had to pick up our keys we waited for 1/2hr for the broker who was late to get them to us. Then when we went into our unit it was totally trashed and smelled a stench. The walls had stains on them, the carpet smelled of smoke and cigarettes. When we went to the management company to put in a request because a stove didn't work they told us two days. It took 2 wks and they would'nt even compensate us for not being able to use it. The management is never there when you call them and lie to you about getting things fixed. My roommate and I have complained several times verbally and in writing about noise from parties in this building. The people upstairs have a dog which barks and we were told when we got this apt that they don't allow dogs. Management has done nothing. No response they just want people's money. There are way too many sketchy people living in this building and maybe sec 8 now which didn't seem to be the case when we saw the apartment a year ago. I even had a friend who lived in the building and it seemed safe and clean.
