Park Realty is a real estate company that rents substandard apartments primarily to students. The company, in my experience, does not have the philosophy that the client "comes first." At Park Realty, the money comes first - the agents are more concerned with making their commission than with finding you a decent apartment. Looking for an apartment in Boston is hard enough without having a two-faced agent who does not care about your needs. they made it extremely difficult for me to finalize an apartment (after giving other apartments I applied for to the highest bidder), and I'd advise anyone else to find another realtor.
