I got sucked into using Park Realty when I joined in on a lease my friends already had. My agent was not only the sleaziest person I`ve ever met, he had no information at all about my apartment. He called me about it only once in the four months he represented me, and that was only to tell me one of my six roommates was $12 short on his broker`s fee, and he hadn`t written down anyone else`s number. He didn`t even tell me we needed to turn on the electricity ourselves until the day we moved in. He also told me that the six of us would only get one key to the apartment and then have to make copies for ourselves. He wouldn`t even give us the number of the then-current residents so we could ask them about the substandard building. Don`t you let them get you too.
