I have lived in Allston/Brighton for 8 years, in that time I have moved 4 times. The first time I moved I made the mistake of not working with Park Associates. I was given the help of a company that I will not mention. They convinced me that the apartments they had were the only apartments available in the area so I took one of their grimey and rundown S-Boxes on Commonwealth Ave. The next year I stumbled on a Park Associates Listing on Boston Apartments.com for a great apartment right next door to mine. They gave me all the information I needed to rent the apartment and even convinced the Landlord to pay the entire leasing fee!!
After I had lived in that apartment for almost 2 years the building was sold and I did not want to buy my unit so I moved. I chose Park Assoicates again and worked with them exclusivly this time because I knew they were the most proactive and responsible company that I had been in contact with. And after my first experience in Boston I had shopped around quite a bit.
I would not pay attention to the other people who have listed on this site. I mean 2 bad reviews total is not an overwhelming majority. When I rented my apartments thru them they had more clients than that in the office every day I was there.
