Great apartment - We lived there for 2 years, and I don't regret it at all. I'll start with the cons. The biggest problem we had was parking. Rats in the apartment Manager is very aggressive and difficult to work with. Rats in the apartment. Apartment (at least ones facing Cambridge St) are very noisy. There are no places to park a bicycle. The maintenance was very poor. We could not get our leaky faucets fixed and our tiles re-grouted.
