Beautiful apartments, but noisy and expensive - I lived here for 15 months while finishing up undergrad at BU. Pros: It is mostly students here, although there are also many young working professionals. My husband is ------ and the mosque downstairs was very convenient for him. Pets require to scare away Mice! Beautiful building on the outside. Just wait till you move in. Mice infestation was a major issue. Don't believe me, just call boston city inspectional services. Free Sauna in the winter 85 degree's with no temperature control.

Compared to most places in the Boston area, this is a gem. Despite the age of the complex, they have remodeled nicely and the units are quaint and charming. Tile and wood floors, bear claw tubs and good natural lighting. Not the best of the best, but for the price a great deal-
