Nice view if you get an apartment facing the farm. Otherwise, you are looking out on the parking lot. Prompt response to any maintenance, but sometimes it takes them a couple tries to get it fixed correctly. Also, some of the maintenance people are rather rude if they haven't had their first drink of the day, so beware! Some parking spots are very tight to get in and out of, but generally not bad parking. The door bells and intercoms are not connected so people can come and go from the buildings as they please, which makes me a little wary. I would like to know who is coming to my door. Swimming pool isn't too bad. Ok place to start off, but not a great long term home.
