The landlord is a slumlord.. replaced all lighting with flourescent lights that can only be replaced by one store and flicker frequently. Have had other residents with electrical problems, plumbing, tiling, and other maintenance related issues go ignored for months at a time and then repaired with poor materials and excuses. Refuses to salt the parking lot after a snow storm but will call your job and force you home to move your car after the same storm. Maintenance workers let themselves in unannounced. Both landlord and maintenance workers condescending and disrespectful to tenants. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
