I have lived here for about a year and a half. I am moving out. The apartment was ok when we moved in and it is totally falling apart now. The bathroom fan doesn't work it never really did. The counter top in the kitchen is bubbling up. I have black mold on my bedroom wall and the windows are horrible. They need to redo the windows. I was standing by the front door and felt a really bad draft coming threw the door. The door was completely closed and you could see a slit. The apartment across the hall and even down the hall have a frame around the door to stop the draft. I called the office and left a message for them to fix the door. They never called back or even got back to us. I had a couple of other problem in the apartment that they did fix but they left such a mess for me to clean. Dirt and debre all over the floor. When you read listing and you read no parking there is never any parking. I mean never. I work at a restaurant and I get home some times at 2 or 3 in th morning and I have to park at the bottom of the hill and walk very far to my apartment. Its not fun. During winter months they do a bad job of plowing and people park like idiots taking up two spaces and then that makes no spaces. I mean the area is nice but the road leading up to the apartment is so bad. If you have a lowered car or even a really nice car driving down Whitehall Road is going to make you cry. LOL. My car gets smashed up all the time.
