Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I live at Alpine and am staying for another year. Not everyone is going to be happy cuz you cant please everyone.

The management staff is nice and maintenance is good. The've had a lot of changes going on....they dont charge for utilites and i know thats because of the manager. I've asked.

I think people should move in here for sure. It's not a bad place at all.
