The office staff from hell

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
Myself and three friends bought out the lease of an apartment at Alpine Commons for the summer. The apartment was beautiful, freshly painted, and very clean, with a nice sized yard out front. It's close to the center of town, near a bus stop, and all in all is a pretty nice location.
The office, however, is staffed entirely by idiots. We never got long distance service hooked up, despite asking several times. We got charged for the breaking of a window by a large party that we were not involved in, and it took almost a month for them to contact an outside company to get the window repaired. We had to fill out multiple copies of the same forms, on different occasions, because they had either lost or misplaced them.
And, the highlight of the whole afair, they sent our entire security deposit to one of the people who had lived in the apartment previously. We're still trying to get it back.
The apartments themselves are great, and I would consider checking it out two or three years from now, when they've hopefully hired some compotent staff.
