In the ghetto.....in the ghetto. Well i've lived there for a semester and it really could be worse. The place is decent sized but the people they rent to just plain suck. Next to Gunpoint and Mill valley with all the section 8's make the place trashy. The current score is one stabbing and two break ins. Most of the neighbors are cool, but a few bad apples spoil everything. Overall it's good for me at least for 9 months
