I lived at The Boulders for the last two years until I graduated. My roomates and I had a great time. We were allowed to party and the office didn't mind as long as there wasn't any trouble. Because my friends and I all lived on the same floor (they gave us apartments right next door) nobody ever complained. There is plenty of parking and the apartments are in good shape. The fitness center is nice (A/C and a TV!) and they are always buying new equipment. I highly recommend this place for any student!
