The Boulders is a great place to live.

It's quiet and the grounds are well-kept.

The management is extremely helpful, as is maintainence.

They will not hesitate to replace anything that doesn't work well, even the entire washing machine or other large appliance at no charge.

The apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable.

My only complaint would be a few sketchy things like drug deals going on, and someone kept setting our dumpster on fire for a while...very unfortunate.

But you will find vandalism and other underground activity at any apartment complex.

Also convenient was that monthly rent was discounted if two or more apartments signed up at the same time, as can happen when friends want to rent apartments on the same floor or in the same building.

If you are looking for a quiet, aesthetically pleasing, relatively safe place to live with management that actually cares about your well-being then I highly recommend The Boulders.
