why not to move into the boulders

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
as i finish my stay at the boulders they have once again found a way to make me wish i never moved in. as i get ready to move in to my new place and need money there promise of last month free somehow became obsolete throughout the year and this comes after numerous other problems such as parking and especially water that will not be cold for hours at a time, and after talking to other residents i know that this is not just a problem in my building so do yourself a favor and do not move into the boulders.
