Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I lived at The Boulders for 2 years, and did not experienced any of the negative opinions that I have read about on this site. Yes there are some strange looking people that live there, but who are we to judge!!!!!! Maintenance has always been constistant, when called someone usually came the same or following day. Occasionally there have been some noise issues nothing intollerable, or out of control.The boulders is a decent place to live for the cost,and location.
