really bad!don't choose.
1.bad parking policy:
after snow, you have to get up early to move your car from parking site to the road for cleaning, otherwise, they will tow it away without notification... this means $110 to get it back. this happened to me and two my friends this winter.
2.bad maintainance:
no hot water becomes a frequent thing recently. 2 of the 5 washers have been down for half year, no repairs.
3.bad manner
people called the office to complain no water in the morning. they just said: it is not our problem,...., if you want, you can move out. you will find the same problem in other apartments.....
anyway, i will move out, enough...
