My fiancee and I moved to the Boulders 2 months ago with our 3 pounds puppy. They only allow cats, but classified her as a cat to help us out. I was really nervous when I first came here because of all the bad ratings, but we have had nothing but good luck. The apartment is HUGE, has a dishwasher, and it includes heat and hot water!! You cannot really hear people through the walls (like other people had commented). There is also tons of parking for you as well as guests. As soon as it began to get warmer, all different people came fixing the garden and grass, etc. etc. The staff are very helpful and always wanting to help with whatever they can. It has been nothing but a pleasure here, I would recommened it to anyone!
