Boulders

 

having lived at the boulders for approximately eight years, i have seen quite a few changes, all for the better.

the grounds are very well maintained year round.

on snowy days the maintenance crew are out very early in the a.m.

clearing walkways and plowing the streets.

during the warm months at least once a week the grass is cut, sidewalks cleaned, and landscaping tended to.

although some tenants litter, and some do not curb their dogs, early each morning maintenance can be seen picking up any litter on the ground and by the time people are out and about the grounds are clean.

once a week the hallways and foyers are vacuumed and windows cleaned.

whenever i have had a problem the office and maintenance staff have taken care of it in a timely manner.

if something could be repaired they repaired it.

if it needed to be replaced they replaced it.

all at no inconvenience to me.

and they have always been attentive to my concerns.

and very polite.

they genuinely seem to care.

there is also a security guard that monitors the grounds at night.

except for an occasional party at night or children playing during the day, for me it has been a quiet and peaceful place to live.

the rent is fair and some utilities are included.

the only thing i would wish for is more trees.
