The manager of Boulders is so rude that most of the day she's having a quarrel with residents there.

(Actually, the attitude of other staffs was fine.)
We lived there for one year and after we moved out they charged us 1200 dollars for replacement of the carpet.

As far as I know, at least 4 apartments were charged with replacement of carpet, and some apartments even been charged for replace the kitchen floor etc...

In winter, the heat is also a problem.

When the temperature outside dropped below 20, the heat doesn't work, which was really horrible...
