My wife and I lived in Colonial Village for 8 months and we didn't have any problems with the way we were treated by the management or the maintenance. Not the most glamorous apartments in town but the price is very reasonable. They are constantly renovating apartments... so that can be hit or miss. Make sure you see the particular apartment you are applying for and that it suites your needs. PVTA buses go right through the complex which is very convenient.
