i decided to give every category a 1, because I am just now experiencing some of the issues other people have had with Harlow Properties, and the problems far outweight any positives i would want to talk about,

I'm dumbfounded by the lack of flexibility Harlow has when it comes to noise complaints. I will admit to having two noise complaints against us so far this semester. However, do these landlords really believe that undergraduate college students will ALWAYS be 100% quiet' It's completely unrealistic.

More than anything, Harlow is full of lies. I'm literally counting the days until we get a portion of our security deposit back, instead of the whole thing. She was extremely sneaky and unforgiving when we signed the lease, much to the dismay of parents figures. We've done our homework, writing a 6-page report on the condition of the apartment and taking something close to one-hundred pictures.

alas, nothing i say is going to help their situation. harlow is a waste of a property management agency.

my final words of advice. don't sign a lease under harlow, and if you do, build an extensive case against them. Jean Harlow starts to lose her focus when she's contradicted and knows she is wrong.
