My husband and I lived in a wonderful apt! It was in a wonderful location and kept up pretty nice. If Harlow didn't manage it I'd move there again. However, Harlow is VERY dishonest and I know "things" have happened to friends of mine also. We were trying to end our lease early and months ahead they said "oh, yeah yeah no problem" then they blantently lied to us told us they now would hold us to our lease. THat's understandable, what's not is that they literally screamed at us several times, called us liers to our faces, and withheld several potential subleasers because our agent was not so secretly saving for a friend. You don't get many choices in Amherst and it was a nice location. BUt be weary, they don't care about you because there's a lot of turn over in a college town...
