I believe that Harlow properities did a great job in helping me find and maintain my apartment. My apartment was above a restaurant and they did all they could to keep us happy. The staff was hard to get a hold of, but when they were reached they were helpful. They agency fee was pricey (half of one months rent) but all in all it was worth it.
