I live in Presidential. The apartments are pretty nice, but the property management, Kamins Real Estate, does not practice professionalism. You can expect to have your @#$ kissed while you are applying and when you are signing your lease and dropping off your rent checks. The rest of the time, you seem to matter very little. Their secretary is rude and very unprofessional and could use a lesson in customer service. She seems to forget that our rent puts the bread on her table. One expects much better service when paying so much for an apartment.
