I will be honest. I live Colonial Village, and plan to move out at the end of May due to graduation. I moved in about 4 months ago and I have never had any problems like most people have said.

Kamins is just like any other business. They're not perfect. But they are a good business. They have and until this day. I have called with plenty of concerns and complaints and never once did I get a rude secretary or slow response. I am nitpicky and they put up with my calls when the laundry machines broke, when I was waiting for my credit check for the apartment, even when I got my window stuck open. I have dealt with everyone over there.

I do have some woes. They have 9-5 hours, which suck when you need laundry tokettes on a sunday. They also did promise me new kitchen cabinets when I moved in, and I have yet to see any. But they do their best, and they have been nothing but nice to me. Maybe if typical college students didnt give them attitude, as I am sure most of these people have, then they would be nice to them as well.
