When there was a fire in my complex and we weren't able to return to our apartments for 5 weeks, Kamins took care of everything for us. They stopped our mail delivery, cleaned out our refrigerators, and even cleaned our carpets and rugs.

I don't know about all of the problems that everyone else has with Kamins. All I know is they made sure that we all returned to clean, fresh smelling apartments, which I learned that they didn't have to clean our apartments because we don't have renter's insurance.

Must have been Lantern Court. There were several fired in the same set of apartments due to electrical issues, that were covered up and not fixed.
