GET OUT NOW!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   i live in crestview apts. Congate Enterprises were the original managers for this apts and they were FABOLOUS. Congate were the NICEST people i have EVER met BUT once Kamins took over it was HELL. The people who work at Kamins should take a course in professionalism. They are rude and put on a fake smile. I will never rent from them again. NEVER!!!
