If not for the cheap rent there would be no reason to live in any Kamin's apartments. I lived in Colonial Village and it was the worst 9 months of my life. Apartment smelled funny from the day we moved in, we would burn candles to cover it up, but when you returned from class it would stink again. Maintenance was substandard and the rental office people should learn a thing or two about manners becuase they have none. Unless you would like to have people being rude to you all the time, don't bother with Kamins. They are nice right up until you give them that first rent check and sign the lease, it is all down hill from there.
