the maintenance people are not very helpful at all. they say they are going to do something and it gets done months later. my boyfriends apartment was suppose to be redone over christmas break. they came a month and a half later and said they couldn't live there for a few days cause they had to shut the water off. after havin to commute from home for a week, he came back to noticing that they hadn't done a thing. weeks later the work was done and he had to move out for a few days once again. they installed the cabinets incorrectly and never finished their job. the apartments he has lived in have no been fully cleaned upon move in either.
