I am living at College Inn Apartments now. Let me just say the following. The place was never clean, it was dirty when I moved in and most of it I didn't even want to touch. There was a HUGe mold problem my entire stay here, which meant having to purchase a dehumidifier and run it constantly. There was mold that had been there for months, which I sprayed with the mold stuff. But when it rained, the mold was back to stay. I couldn't get rid of all of it, there's probably some around here still. Disgusting. Patrick Kamins came by and I had a very unpleasant exchange with him. The man blamed ME for the mold problem, saying I kept the place too dark and spilled food, blah blah. There was a disgusting brown stain on the carpet, which I did not do. he blamed me for that, too. This place is just pretty horrible. It's not an apartment, it's what used to be a motel room. It's like frosting a turd and calling it a cupcake. I cannot WAIT to get out of here, and I'm looking to move out a month before my lease ends. What a disaster. Never NEVER rent from Kamins. They are unhelpful idiots. Do NOT pay $500 to live in a dump like where I am now. I regret living here so much.
